Mohamad El Kadri is a software developer and university instructor in Computer Science with more than a decade of experience building web-based systems. Coacherz was created from a practical question: how can sports academies manage players, attendance, payments, coaches and communication without relying on disconnected tools and repetitive manual work?

The product is developed with a strong focus on real academy workflows, continuous feedback and practical improvements that staff can use every day.
